We believe estate planning should be clear and transparent. The service tiers below outline what is included in each planning package, helping you determine the best fit for your family and the future. 

Tier 1 Package

For clients who want a comprehensive estate plan with a revocable trust and straightforward distributions to their spouse and/or children.  

  • ​Pour-over will

  • Financial POA

  • Healthcare POA

  • Living Will

  • Revocable Trust:

    • Outright distributions to spouse and/or children​

  • Declaration to Transfer Personal Property 

  • Trust Certificate

  • Attestation Declaration 

Single: $4,500

Married: $6,000

Additional Services

Add-on services at an hourly rate:

  • Notary Services

  • Revocable Trust Funding

    • Asset analysis

    • Deed preparation and recording 

    • LLC assignments to Revocable Trusts

    • Other assignments of assets as necessary (such as gold, vehicles, etc.)

Tier 2 Package

For clients who want greater flexibility, enhanced wealth provisions, and advanced trust planning options. Ideal for families seeking an estate plan that can adapt to future needs. 

  • Pour-over will

  • Financial POA

  • Healthcare POA

  • Living Will

  • Revocable Trust:

    • AB Trust, Disclaimer Trust, and/or DST provisions included 

  • Funding Memorandum 

  • Core EP Schematic 

  • Declaration to Transfer Personal Property 

  • Trust Certificate

  • Attestation Declaration 

Single: $7,500

Married: $9,000
